  As an owner of beachfront rental property I understand more than most the importance of customer reviews. Therefore I had to write expressing our complete and total satisfaction with this company, their process and their final product. As others gave written the communication was solid and timely with no guesswork or potential areas of worry from the buyers standpoint. They (Bryan & Phil) arrived in the morning and 8 hours later we had the 14x16 shed we desired with the options we had requested. Not a piece if wood or nail left when they departed. It looked like it had always been there! I simply wish anyone reading this will trust that these comments are honest ones from people who value honesty and character in small business owners and want to help those that they come across who are doing business like it used to be done when we were younger.

  I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the shed that your crew, (John, Mike & Will) constructed in my back yard.
  
  I live in Rutherford County, Smyrna, TN and I checked out several web sites that build sheds. There are three builders within 30 miles of where I live. All of them would construct the building at their site and haul it here. Not only would I have to take part of my fence down so they could get in my yard, they were also more expensive than your building. The cost difference was between $500 - $2,000. I needed an interior wall floor to ceiling with a 36" pass through door and no other builder would do this. Your web site was very helpful explaining the many options you offered, along with the slide show of a building being constructed from the ground up.
  
  Your men showed up at 7:30 am with a load of material stacked high on the trailer and by 5:00 that evening the job was complete and I had a nice well constructed shed in my backyard. The building inspector was even impressed with the building.
  
  I took the time to write so much hoping if there is someone else looking for a shed builder but doesn't know much about who to choose, maybe this testimonial will help their choice.

  Your crew (Bryan, Phil, and Mike) just left, and I couldn't be happier with their effort. They were prompt (showed up at 0700), courteous, and man alive they were efficient (left at 1340). 6.5 hours to build 2600 cubic feet of storage steps away from my back door; I would have never guessed it could be this fast.
  
  I have the experience and the tools, so I'm sure I could have built it myself, but I'm not particularly confident that it would have been as well built. Furthermore, I'm certain that it would have taken me 5 or 6 weekends to build it with my neighbor. So that alone makes it well worth the cost to have this done so quickly.
  
  This was a definite value investment that I mulled over long and hard. The cost benefit analysis was the turning point when the storage unit announced another $10 a month increase. In about 18 months this investment will have paid for itself in storage costs that I am currently paying on a 12x20 (non-lofted) storage unit. The barn roof style and extra material cost was certainly a value in terms of additional storage. Now I can even take the seasonal decorations out of the attic and totally reclaim my garage as well as putting that $159 a month storage unit fee towards something more fulfilling... Like an ATV to put in the shed too.
  
  This entire process was simple and easy, and I couldn't be happier to own such a well-built shed.
  
  I will definitely be recommending your services to anyone that asks.
