  I waited to finish evaluating my building when we had some rain. Well in the last 2 days we have had 50 mph winds and 3" of rain. See pic. Building is dry, dry, dry. Everything checks out for a well made structure. Thank you again for a quality product built by very professional craftsmen. Now if my wife will decide what colors she wants, I can finish the outside. Next time I think I'll order pontoons!

  I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your company, its standards, and its employees. My call to you today was met with concern and an immediate fix to my concern. Bill has all day been especially kind and hard working. He represents your company with professional attitude and respect. Watching him and the others, Phil and Daniel work would make you proud. I bought a couple of pizzas for lunch for them. Sitting down and taking 30 minutes to eat was not their style. They would grab a slice and take it to the job and continue their work, taking a bite in the middle of their work. Watching them work I saw the time they took to do the job right and never took a sloppy attitude. Even when I talked to Bill when he was reworking the door, I suggested a less than satisfactory fix and Bill said that it's not they way they did things. Then later tonight I received a call from Bill apologizing for the door misunderstanding and assured me it would be correct before they left the job. Not many companies have employees that would take the time to assure a client as he has done. 20 years ago my wife and I taught customer service to businesses in the photography industry. I wish we were still teaching so I could use this as an example they needed to study and make note of. Thank you for having such standards for your company and I can now see how you received your outstanding rating with the BBB in Cleveland. I will gladly to "toot" your horn to my friends in Huntsville.
